Graeme lived with his family in South Stanley Co.Durham.
He left behind a very close and loving family,Which include-Mother Carol,Dad Keith,and Brothers Richard,Lee, Keith and Sister Tiffany.

Graeme passed away when his life support machine was switched off Two days after celebrating a friends birthday at a nightclub in Durham City,He died from a blow to the head from one of the partygoers on the dance floor of the club .
This was publicised by the police as a unprovoked attack that has left a very large family devastated,and has shocked the community where Graeme was much loved.

My personal tribute to Graeme as a much loved Nephew can never be replaced,his cheeky smile warmed the hearts of those around him.
I will miss his daily visits after work and his call of "Kettle on" and his recently sworn tradition of being our First Foot on New Years day every year, Graeme and his immediate family suffered the loss recently of Graeme's older brother Kevin to a car accident in which he was a passenger who died with two friends,, Graeme had a still born child Kaitlin,both of which were prominent in his mind.
Graeme was a one off lovely lad that will be in the hearts of many people at this very sad time.

The Person arrested was named as Joseph Longstaff, The family would like to point out that he is of no relation to Carol (nee Longstaff),graemes mum or any of her family.

The Celebration of Graeme's life at St.Andrews will allways be remembered by all of our family,The number of people present to pay their last respects to Graeme will never be forgotten.
Every single mourner will be in the minds of Graeme's family,It shows the respect that you all had for Graeme.
His Life will never be forgotten,but will live on through a very close family that include,Richard,Lee,Keith and Tiffany,Brothers and sister that uphold the family values that Graeme allways respected.
We will all miss him and respect his family values,and love of life...
Too many people to thank by naming them personally,But to everyone that has given the family support through this sad time ,I thank you all for words of respect,floral tributes,cards,and sympathy messages from all websites,a very special thanks go to All at University Hospital Durham for the brave efforts and consideration to the family at the time of Graeme's admission,and to all at Newcastle General Hospital,for the same caring consideration for the family and friends of Graeme,and all that tried in vain to revive him.
The Durham Police liason officers have been a god send to the family,that have been in touch with the family throughout,for which we thank you.
A few people that have shown exemplory,efforts for the family are Robbie and Helen(allways there in time of need as is the family)Marty wright and Gary and partner at Graemes second home.
